Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping and we have several production facilities across the world to speed up delivery timescales.

All orders are dispatched within one week, however in exceptional circumstances may take up to two weeks if our production facility has a high demand. 

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via your contact details as provided of the shipping company's name and your tracking number. 

Please use the carrier's website tracking service to ensure that someone is at your address at the delivery time slot. 

On rare occasions, if the shipping company is unable to deliver your parcel due to a wrong address or if they have made several missed delivery attempts, the company will send your parcel back to our production centre. If this occurs then please email us at info@donniewongs.com so that we can arrange for a new delivery. You may be asked to pay for the shipping again in these circumstances.
