Returns Policy

GOODS MADE TO ORDER - ALL SALES FINAL

All orders are fulfilled by our manufacturer, which produces each item on demand - in other words, all items are made to order. 

As such, and in line with industry standards for made to order items, we do not allow returns. Once you place your order, it cannot be amended or refunded, as production of your item commences straight away. 

We recommend that you use the size chart on each listing to check you are ordering the correct size and ensure you are happy with your chosen colour. 

EXCEPTION FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to be happy with your new piece of merchandise. As an exception to the above, damaged, defective or incorrect items may be returned for replacement.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
